ChickWays is registered as a Customs Agency by the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA). ChickWays officially started its operations in 2010 with a team of 5 at one office in Kampala. Currently, we boast of 40 highly trained and professional people who are working in our with numerous branches spread all over East Africa.

Providing transport and logistical needs for Over 20 years
The Merriam Webster Dictionary defines a chick as a baby bird, especially one newly hatched. Descriptively, a chick is delicate and demands exceptional attention to grow. Our definition of ‘exceptional attention is the quality of service provided by ChickWays to meet customer needs. Similarly, ChickWays is a customs agency that gives its customers a professional package in handling their goods and services from the warehouse to the final destination.
After looking at one Clearing and forwarding agent and being disappointed at the services, I was referred to Chickways and I have not looked back. My consignment was tracked from the port of entry and I followed up using an SMS-based service. This did not require me to physically ask to be there but I was helped by the staff at Chickways and the SMS messages kept coming to my phone .
My consignment required careful handling and my company was worried since we did not have an idea how to go about it. Chickways Uganda recommended the best possible mechanisms and arranged for its proper handling at the warehouse. We recommend them highly.
An update even when I did not request was the ultimate deal. I had no idea a clearing agent would provide updates with email corresponds to how far it would take for my goods to be available in the country. Their presence across the East Africa region was exactly what my company wanted since we operate with in the East Africa region.
